SMALL GLASS DOME - Blue Bee

A magical blue bee (Xylocopa caerulea) in a bell jar. This special bee is one of the largest bees in Europe. They mainly live in the central and southwestern part of this continent. What is remarkable about this species is their beautiful colour: black with an iridescent purple luster. Especially in the sunlight, the bee appears to be more purple than black.

This beautiful bee is particularly decorative and a real eye-catcher due to its beautiful colour.

• with black wooden base
• do not place the butterflies in direct sunlight. Beetles tolerate more sunlight, but we still recommend keeping them out of the sunlight
• be careful when you clean the dome
• watch out for: cleaners, children and cats
