This little plant comes to life at night. After an afternoon nap, the white-yellow flowers open in the early evening. Do you take good care of your roommate? Then you will be treated to delicious edible fruits. These contain a high content of vitamin C.
Unlike its peers, the Bambino needs regular watering. Keep the soil slightly moist to keep the plant happy; too dry a soil inhibits the growth of the Dragon Fruit.
This small cactus likes light, but also feels at home in the shade. Do not place the Bambino in direct sunlight; the plant cannot tolerate that.
Repotting is not necessary, except when the plant grows too large for the pot. When repotting, make sure the pot is spacious so the Dragon Fruit has plenty of room to grow.
